How do I access my autoship settings?Updated 2 months ago
It’s easy to access your autoship settings!
- Go to our website and click Log In (mobile: top left menu; desktop: top right corner under Account).
- Sign in with the email address linked to your autoship subscription.
- If you haven’t set up a password yet, you can create one using that same email.
- Once logged in, click Autoship to view and manage your settings
How do I make changes to my autoship?Updated 2 months ago
To make any changes to your autoship subscriptions, log into your account on our website and select ‘Autoship’. You can then:
1. Add a product – The autoship page will present items that you can add as one time or recurring. Note: Limited Time or Seasonal offerings may not be available as one-time add ons!
2. Order Now – Running low on all your products? Select “Order Now” to process all of your autoship subscriptions for shipping now. Need only one product now? Simply skip the products you don’t need at the moment and use the Order Now feature!
3. Skip Box- Don’t need your next box? In your account, click “View Upcoming Orders” and simply select “Skip” under your next order. We’ll skip this box and process your next one in 3 months! You can also choose a 6 month delivery if you need a bit more time in between deliveries.
4. Skip Product- Need your Laundry Detergent Tablets in this box, but not your Dish Soap Refills? You can skip individual products, until your next shipment. For shorter delays, skip all other autoship items and adjust the shipment date for the remaining product as needed!
5. Adjust Quantity- If you need fewer or more of any of your refills, simply select the refill you want to adjust and change the quantity to your desired amount.
6. Change Scent (for Hand Soap, Oxi Booster and Body Wash)- You can change the scent by selecting “Manage this Subscription” and then selecting the scent of your choice in the drop down labelled ‘Scent’.
7. Cancel Autoship – To cancel the autoship subscription for a given product, you can click into “Manage.” At the bottom, there is an option to “Cancel Autoship Subscription” where you will be prompted to proceed with cancelling your product.
Please note that autoship orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your autoship subscription! To effectively cancel your autoship subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You can find this date in your account under “Autoship”.
I don’t need this item this month; how do I skip?Updated 2 months ago
While we’ve removed the individual ‘Delay’ and ‘Reschedule’ options to keep your autoship subscriptions shipping together (= less waste and shipping emissions!), you can skip your full upcoming order, until your next scheduled shipment.
For shorter delays, skip all other subscriptions and adjust the shipment date for the remaining product as needed!
